Recently
I have conduct a surprise quality and Compliance Audit on our product and
personnel in different Supermarket in Davao. This audit was conducted to ensure
the availability of our product and our personnel assigned in the outlet that
theyfollow the rules and regulations of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In
my audit, some of personnel didn’t follow the procedures and requirements.
Using of gloves in preparing our products is absent, their hair and nails are
not properly trim, and they are not wearing hairnet and face mask.
This
to continue the Good Manufacturing Practices of our Company, We the Quality
Control Department is obliging our personnel in strict compliance of Proper
Handling Procedures, Good Hygiene, and wearing of hairnet and face mask in the
workplace is highly implemented. In the event that our personnel is not
following above-mentioned rules and procedures is subject to disciplinary
action.

be guided accordingly.

“Jane & Jade Story”
In the small village outside the city, there is a family living together happily. The family has compose of three siblings. They are close to each other. The name of the older sister is Jane followed by Marco and the younger one is Kate.
As time pass by, Jane was ready to achieve her dream in college. She decided to study in the city. In the first semester of her college life, she made everything to be on top of the class but on the next semester she find someone who catch up more of her attention. She hide her feelings on that boy. One day, when she made her assignment in the library, the boy was sitting beside him. She was shock and she didn’t know what to do. The boy said, “Can I sit beside you?” Jane was not in herself when he hear those voice and she said, “Yes, it’s okay”. The boy started to introduce herself to Jane. He said that he is Jade and also Jane did it also. After that, their friendship started.
One day the boy started to express his feelings to Jane. After three months Jane answered Jade’s proposal and Jane express his mutual feeling to Jade. The year was ended with happiness when Jane totally accept Jade as her Boyfriend. The year started with love and positive outlooks of both of them in their relationship as girlfriend and boyfriend status. Their relationship has been bonded without blessings and knowledge came from their families. And that status lasts even they encountered more spices of their relationship. They encountered those things suffered by a normal couple. Realization takes place when their families knew their relationship. Jane was realize the sacrifices of her parents in her studies but Jade try to destruct him to pursue their relationship. Because of bigger love of Jane to Jade, she was able to continue their relationship.
One day, Jane was planning to surprise Jade in his birthday. Jane was surprise when she arrives at Jade’s house. She notice that there are many visitors in her house. In one corner Jane decide to sit and take a rest. She was listening on the other people invited on the event. On the groups of boy, she hear her name mention on the conversation, she was shock the content of it. She hear everything what her boyfriend did before they got into relationship. She was feel sad that all of this things is a game and a challenge of her boyfriend to his friend.
Jane was walked away from Jades house without knowing to Jade that he was there. Their relationship ended without proper closure. She was always hiding to Jade but Jade is trying to resolve the problem. Jade realize that all of this things is no more a game it is a love, and he want to fight it. Jane was gone in his sight and started a new chapter.
Jane finished his degree in college and have a stable job. While Jade is managing her own business.
